1. Ordering with Salisburys of Somerset By placing an order with Salisburys of Somerset, either directly yourself on the www.salisburysofsomerset.co.uk website (“the website”) or through one of our customer services team over the telephone, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
2. Changes to your order If you wish to change your order, please call us on 01934 633322 or email us at service@salisburysofsomerset.co.uk. Please note that any changes to your order must be made by 2pm the day before delivery, to ensure that we have time to amend the order prior to dispatch. Although we will endeavour to make amendment requests that we receive after this time we cannot guarantee we will be able to make the changes.

3.1 Delivery Areas Where "Local delivery area" is referred to this will mean the following postcode areas: - all postcode areas beginning "BS"
- "TA5"
- "TA6"
- "TA7"
- "TA8"
- "TA9"
Floral Products
We offer same day delivery anywhere in the UK and next day delivery for international orders. Our complete product range is available for delivery in our local delivery area (see above). These orders will be made in our own shops and will be delivered by our own drivers or representatives. Specified flower products in our range are available for delivery worldwide and will be made and delivered by a local florist in conjunction with our relay partners.
Non-Floral Gifts
Non-flower gift items are delivered free if ordered with flowers for delivery in our local delivery area. When ordered without flowers or for delivery outside our local delivery area a delivery charge will apply and items will be delivered either by first class post or courier. Non-floral items will be packaged and posted as one delivery where possible. If flowers and non-floral gifts are ordered for delivery outside our local area, seperate delivery of items may be necessary.
We remain totally responsible for all orders and our 100% guarantee applies to every order.
Flower orders for same day delivery must be placed before midday on the day of delivery. 3.2 Addresses Under normal circumstances, we will try to ensure that your order is delivered to the recipient's address you provide. It is therefore very important that you ensure that the recipient address you provide is accurate, and that you give additional instructions to assist our drivers to locate difficult-to-find addresses. It is also very important that you keep us informed if you find that the recipient's address or availability changes prior to the order being delivered. 3.3 Failure to deliver As we appreciate that receiving flowers is often time-critical, if we are unable to deliver your order to the recipient's address, we will first try to leave the flowers with a neighbour. Where this is not possible we will attempt to leave the order in a secure place on the recipient's property. If this is not acceptable, please ensure that you tell us when you place your order. If we are unable to deliver the order, we will leave a card asking the recipient to contact us to make alternative arrangements. Orders can be collected from our shops during normal trading hours or we may agree to re-deliver at a convenient time. Whilst we will do our best, we cannot guarantee to re-deliver on the same day and we may have to re-schedule the delivery for a future day. We will attempt to contact you via telephone or email if this occurs. For this reason, it is very important that you provide up to date contact information. It is also very helpful if you provide us with the telephone number of the recipient as this often makes it easier to resolve delivery problems when the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery.
4. Product availability and substitution Pictures on this website are for guidance only. Whilst we will do our best to produce the items as pictured, all products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties or if the flowers or products we have received from our suppliers that are needed to make up your order do not meet our high quality standards, we reserve the right to substitute any item with an alternate product of a similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality. If substitution of any flower type is not acceptable to you, please advise of this at the time of placing your order.
5. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not totally satisfied with your order or any aspect of our service please advise us without delay. If you are not happy with the quality or do not like the flowers or products we have provided we will exchange them for ones that you do like or refund your money in full.
6. Special offers At our discretion from time to time, we may offer products at discounted prices. These offers are valid from the time that we introduce them to the end date of the offer and they cannot be used for purchases before the offer introduction date or after the offer end date. In the event that a customer has made a purchase and the price of a product falls or is discounted due to a special offer, the price of the product at the time of purchase shall 'prevail'. We are unable to offer special offer discounts for purchases that have already been made. As our special offers are often made available due to the availability of products, we may change the terms of special offers, or withdraw them altogether, at any time and without prior notice. We also reserve the right to offer personalised special offers and promotions which will on be redeemable by the customer in receipt of the special offer.
